Özet
Teknolojik ilerlemeler ve internet kullanımının yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte çevrimiçi psikolojik danışma kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Çevrimiçi psikolojik danışma özellikle kırsal kesimlerde yaşayan ve damgalanma korkusu taşıyan bireylerin ruh sağlığı hizmetine erişimini kolaylaştırmak gibi önemli avantajlar sunmaktadır. Ancak yüz yüze psikolojik danışmadan farklı dinamiklere sahiptir. Ruh sağlığı uzmanlarının yeterlilik ve deneyimleri danışma sürecinin sağlığı için kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu nedenle çevrimiçi psikolojik danışma sürecinde uzmanların karşılaşabilecekleri durumların anlaşılması önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, çevrimiçi psikolojik danışma sürecinde deneyimli uzmanların görüşlerinden yararlanarak yüz yüze danışmada var olan “İlk izlenim ve iletişim”, “temel danışmanlık becerileri”, “sonlandırma süreci” ve “izleme süreci” aşamalarını çevrimiçi bağlamda incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmada nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından fenomenolojik desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu en az üç yıl çevrimiçi psikolojik danışma hizmeti vermiş, gönüllü katılım sağlayan on uzman oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak amacıyla uzmanlarla yapılacak görüşmelerde incelenecek temalara uygun taslak soru formu hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan taslak soru formu çevrimiçi psikolojik danışma alanında çalışma yapmış uzmanlardan alınan dönütlerle düzenlenmiş ve nihai soru formu oluşturulmuştur. Soru formu aracılığıyla uzmanlarla yapılan görüşmeler deşifre edilmiş ve tematik analiz yapılmıştır.
