Özet
Kanser, bireylerin sadece fiziksel sağlığını değil, aynı zamanda duygusal, sosyal ve psikolojik refahını da etkileyen çok boyutlu bir hastalıktır. Kanserin teşhis ve tedavi süreci genellikle yoğun stres, kaygı, depresyon ve umutsuzluğa neden olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle, kanser hastalarına yönelik psikososyal müdahaleler hastaların uyum sağlamasına, yaşam kalitelerini korumasına ve psikolojik sağlamlıklarını güçlendirmesine destek olmak açısından çok önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu araştırma, kanserle başa çıkmaya yönelik tasarlanmış psikososyal müdahalelerle ilgili güncel literatürü sistematik olarak sentezlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma bu yönüyle, betimsel literatür incelemesi modeliyle yürütülmüştür. Bu kapsamda 2025 yılında konuyla ilgili Web of Science (WoS) veritabanında yayınlanan çalışmaları belirlemek için bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında incelenecek müdahale programları belirlendikten sonra içerik analizi yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. İncelenen müdahale programlarının farkındalık temelli, bilişsel-davranışçı yaklaşım, anlam merkezli yaklaşım, kabul ve kararlılık terapisi ve dijital tabanlı müdahaleler gibi çeşitli teorik yaklaşımlara sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Ayrıca bu psikososyal müdahale programlarının kanser hastalarında depresyon ve anksiyete düzeylerini azaltmaya, başa çıkma becerilerini geliştirmeye ve genel yaşam kalitesini artırmaya önemli ölçüde katkıda bulunduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, kanser hastalarına yönelik geliştirilen psikososyal müdahalelerin kanserin beraberinde getirdiği duygusal ve sosyal zorluklarla başa çıkmada bireyleri desteklemek için etkili stratejiler ortaya koyduğu söylenebilir.
